This contract outlines the financial transactions with Opalnote LLC (hereby referred to as "Opalnote", "we", "us", or "our"), and signifies a legal binding with users and anyone else interacting with our services on opalnote.com. Our Services are hosted in France. We advise that you examine all the links posted in this agreement to obtain a good understanding of the Terms of Service Agreement and our Privacy Policy. Our Payment Terms apply to Opalnote in full at all time, and you must agree to these guidelines to continue your use of the Opalnote Sites and Services.
This contract applies to fees associated with our online store. Transactions made are priced by Opalnote' relevant rates and predetermined processors.
Opalnote reserves the right to modify and change the Payment Terms and such adjustment may be implemented immediately on transactions made through Opalnote services. Your continued use of Opalnote establishes your agreement to the modification. It is your responsibility to review any updates posted by Opalnote.
Prior to the proceedings, you must take time to understand the nature and procedure associated with our payment options. Upon the confirmation of a transaction, you are fully responsible for the payment and it signifies your commitment to pay immediately and in full. There are no hidden fees and the pricings are fully outlined on the page of your purchase. You are prohibited from transferring ownership of any purchases made. We rule out entirely and all assumed guarantees, terms, conditions, and warranties. All sales are final.
Unless explicitly stated, all transactions are made in United States dollars. If Opalnote does not receive the payment in a timely fashion for any reason, we reserve the right to disable your use of our site, permanently or temporarily. If necessary, we may make use of collection agencies or any other means to obtain dues.
Opalnote only accepts credit cards and debit cards as a payment method. You must submit valid credit card information, security code, and billing address. You must acknowledge that Opalnote may collect and store any transaction information. We may obtain a pre-approval from the issuer of the card and your cancellation of the transaction may result in your funds being unavailable right away. Under certain conditions, we reserve the right to reject, limit, or suspend your transaction without explanation.
We do not provide refunds for any matter; a transaction on our service is non-refundable. Further, we can not fulfill item exchanges. You must be certain you have selected the right item you wish to purchase before making the purchase.
It is your responsibility to remit any taxes that apply to your transactions. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any claim arising out of your failure to do so. If you use a debit card, you are responsible for potential overdraft fees or any other associated fees your bank may charge.
